All sales are final once a quote has been accepted and an order has been placed. Custom or special order equipment cannot be returned unless defective. Stock items may be returned within 30 days in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee.

We strive to provide accurate product information, specifications, and pricing on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, or circumstances beyond our control. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations, expedited shipping, or special handling requirements.

4. Installation and Service

Installation services, when purchased, are provided by licensed professionals. However, we are not responsible for any modifications to your facility that may be required for proper installation (e.g., electrical, plumbing, ventilation, or structural changes).

Service calls for warranty issues will be scheduled based on availability. Emergency service calls may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KitchenEquipmentPro, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of KitchenEquipmentPro, Inc.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

In no event shall KitchenEquipmentPro, Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
