Stock items may be returned within 30 days in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee.
Warranty
All equipment comes with manufacturer's warranty, typically 1 year for parts and labor.
Returns Policy
At KitchenEquipmentPro, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please review our returns policy below.
Important: Custom or special order items cannot be returned unless defective. Please ensure these items meet your specifications before ordering.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
- The item must not be a custom or special order product (unless defective)
Restocking Fees
Returns of eligible items are subject to the following restocking fees:
- 15% restocking fee for standard stock items
- 25% restocking fee for specialized equipment
- No restocking fee for items that are defective upon arrival
Restocking fees cover the costs associated with inspection, repackaging, and returning items to inventory.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@kitchenequipmentpro.com or (800) 555-1234, ext. 3
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all components
- Include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Warranty Information
All equipment sold by KitchenEquipmentPro comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty, typically 1 year for parts and labor. Extended warranty options are available for most products at an additional cost.
Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Please have your order number, product information, and a description of the issue ready when you contact us. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process and arrange for repair or replacement as needed.
Damaged Items
If you receive damaged equipment, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for repair or replacement as needed. Please take photos of the damage and retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
