KitchenEquipmentPro offers nationwide shipping on all commercial kitchen equipment. Our goal is to deliver your equipment safely and efficiently, with clear communication throughout the process.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For most standard items, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For large or specialized equipment, a shipping quote will be provided before finalizing your order.
Free shipping is available on orders over $5,000 to most locations within the continental United States.
Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options to meet your needs:
- Standard Delivery: Curbside delivery to your business address. The carrier will deliver to the nearest accessible point to your location.
- Inside Delivery: Delivery inside the first entry point of your business. Additional fees apply.
- White Glove Delivery: Premium service that includes delivery to your designated area, unpacking, basic assembly, and removal of packaging materials. Additional fees apply.
- Liftgate Service: Required for locations without a loading dock. The carrier will use a liftgate to lower the equipment from the truck to ground level. Additional fees apply.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary based on product availability and your location:
- In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days
- Standard delivery within the continental US: 3-7 business days after shipping
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: 7-14 business days after shipping
- Custom or special order items: 2-4 weeks (varies by manufacturer)
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, or manufacturer issues may affect actual delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Delivery Inspection
Important: Inspect all deliveries carefully before signing for them. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos if possible.
When receiving your equipment, please follow these steps:
- Count the number of packages and verify it matches your order
- Inspect all packages for external damage
- Note any damage or discrepancies on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos of any damaged packaging
- Open packages and inspect equipment within 48 hours of delivery
- Report any damage or issues to our customer service team immediately
Shipping Restrictions
Some restrictions may apply to certain delivery locations:
- Remote or limited access locations may incur additional delivery charges
- Certain large equipment may not be deliverable to all locations
- Residential deliveries require special arrangements and additional fees

Installation Services
For many products, we offer professional installation services for an additional fee. Installation services include:
- Unpacking and positioning of equipment
- Assembly and setup according to manufacturer specifications
- Basic connection to existing utilities (where applicable)
- Testing of equipment functionality
- Removal of packaging materials
- Basic operational training
Please note that installation does not include modifications to your facility (electrical, plumbing, ventilation, or structural changes). These modifications must be completed by your contractors before installation.
